Higher level employees are rarely ever monitored which could lead to feelings of discomfort as well. Lastly, when employees know they are being monitored, it could lead to a level of distrust to rise between the management and the employees. Furthermore, it could also lead employees to not focus on the task they are doing but can cause them to be more worried about taking any wrong step.
